Leah is a Natural Light Lifestyle photographer Based in New York. She photographs a diverse range of subjects and with a focus on helping clients share their product value, style, and Story through thoughtfully crafted and curated imagery.

I was born and raised in the Hudson Valley region of upstate New York. My motivating and competitive spirit led me to earning an athletic scholarship and compete as a Division 1 athlete for the University of Hartford. I attended university pursuing two of my dreams -running at the highest collegiate level and studying to be an elementary school teacher.

After graduating with a B.S. degree in Elementary Education, I began my journey passionately working as a teacher for an inner city school district. This is where my creativity, go-getter attitude, and hard-working nature helped instill positive values while being challenged daily to inspire the young minds of whom I taught in an already challenged community. Photography came many years later and once I began investing much of my free time into learning and developing my own unique style, I soon realized my former background as a teacher and athlete, and now as a mother, is where I found the encouragement to pursue this new journey. With a desire of helping others build their own connections in a creative and comfortable way, showcasing their own beliefs, values and journey all through imagery, I had fallen into a new passion of lifestyle photography. I love being a part of that precise moment a spark is ignited when I’m helping to evoke someone else’s idea or message they are hoping to convey through the powerful usage of my imagery. Helping others share their passion of who they are and what they represent is what I look forward to bringing out in each individual I work with. Working with small businesses has become my focus and having a strong value in teamwork and dedication is my backbone approach to being a lifestyle product photographer.

In 2018 our family relocated to Zurich, Switzerland for three years where I was able to capture and absorb much of the Swiss and European cultures from the countries we frequently visited, before journeying on to the the sunny island of Bermuda. I currently divide my time between New York and Bermuda as I continue pursuing my dream of creating, inspiring, and motivating, and building relatable connections between small-businesses and their customers.

I see myself as a bridge, offering a unique perspective visually sharing what others have to offer.
